1. Eligibility
- The referral program (“Program”) is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
- Referrals must be made through the designated landing page created for this Program.
- Employees, contractors, or agents of Priceworx and Stretford Paddock and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this Program.
2. Referral Process
- To qualify for the referral payment, a valid referral must include complete and accurate details of a company or individual who is not currently a customer of Priceworx (“Referred Business”).
- The referred business must sign up for a Priceworx subscription plan for a minimum commitment of 12 months and make their first monthly subscription payment.
- Referrals must be made by completing the form on the designated landing page. Submissions via other channels will not be accepted.
- Referrals must be submitted before the referred business signs up for the Priceworx platform. Retroactive referrals will not be accepted.
3. Referral Payment
- Referrers will be eligible to receive a referral payment of £500 if the referred business subscribes to Priceworx for a minimum commitment of 12 months and successfully completes their first subscription payment.
- The referral payment will be made 30 days after the referred business has signed up for a 12-month subscription and made their first payment.
- Priceworx reserves the right to verify referral submissions and the eligibility of both the referrer and the referred business.
4. Conditions for Referral Payment
- The referral payment will only be made if the referred business has completed their first payment for the 12-month subscription.
- If the referred business cancels or fails to meet the 12-month commitment, the referrer will still be eligible for the referral payment, provided the first payment has been made.
- The referral payment is a one-time payment of £500, irrespective of the size or number of subscriptions from the referred business.
- The referrer must provide accurate banking details or other required payment information within 30 days of the referral payment becoming payable. Priceworx is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect payment details.
5. General Conditions
- Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in relation to the promotion of Priceworx services and the making of referrals.
- Referrers may not act in any way that may damage the reputation of Priceworx or the referred business.
- Any misuse of the referral program, including fraudulent submissions or any manipulation of the program, will result in disqualification and potential legal action.
- Priceworx reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
- The referral payment is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other form of payment or compensation.
6. Privacy
- By participating in the Program, referrers agree to the collection and processing of their personal information and the referred business’s details in accordance with Priceworx’s Privacy Policy.
- Information submitted in relation to the referral will be used solely for the purposes of verifying eligibility and making payments under this Program.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Priceworx and Stretford Paddock will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the participation in this Program, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, loss of data, or failure to receive referral payments.
- Priceworx’s maximum liability under these Terms and Conditions will not exceed £500.
8. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising from this Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
